Melanie Auld Jewelry is a Vancouver based jewelry company. We are a multi-channel retailer, with over 150 international stockists and an ever-growing ecommerce business. Our customer care team is the first point of contact for all MAJ customers. We are committed to creating a memorable and positive experience for all customers. We aim to ensure every interaction with our team exceeds our customer’s expectations.
• Full Time: 35 hours/week
Who We Are Looking For:
Someone to spearhead our customer success team and manage our online customer experience. This role contains the following two major responsibilities.
·Provide exceptional customer care and product knowledge.
·Identify ways to personalize the experience for every customer wherever possible.
·Efficient use of Shopify and internal inventory tracking systems. (We can teach you!)
·Ensure all MAJ in-house procedures and processes are followed.
·Work closely with other members of the MAJ team to ensure issues affecting customer orders are remedied smoothly, quickly, & efficiently.
·Supplies Management (shipping boxes, jewelry boxes, etc.)
·Inventory Management (organization is fun!)
·Order Packing (ensure orders are safely and aesthetically packed to meet our brand standards)
·Meet any personalized/customized customer requests.
The role will entail the below key duties (but not limited to):
·First point of contact for all Melanie Auld customer service inquiries.
·Fulfill online orders.
·Resolve any order issues quickly and professionally.
·Communicate effectively and efficiently with our shipping teams.
To join the team, you must meet the following criteria:
·Previous sales / retail / customer service experience essential.
·Outstanding communication skills.
·Ability to problem solve and multitask.
·Positive attitude – we like fun.
·Team player – again, we like fun!
·Self-motivated, organized, proactive, shows initiative, and enjoys structure.
