We're growing and expanding more and more into recruiting! That's why we're looking for a recruiting superstar who's well connected in the fashion and retail industry and already has clients. Why come on board with us? We're giving you 40% of the contingency fee. Yes! The industry standard is 20%. You bring the business, we will reward you for that.
What does 40% work out to be?
If the role you're working has a $70K salary, Style Nine to Five charges a 15% contingency fee ($10,500) if the company hires your candidate. You get 40% of that, which is $4,200.
What does it take to get the job done?
Ideally we want someone with 2 years experience in recruiting for this industry and a proven track record of delivering results. You bring expertise in sourcing, networking, candidate research and cold calling. You're amazing at communication and customer service: you share ideas and collaborate.
In this role it's crucial to think outside the box, be curious and go above and beyond to find the right candidate.
This job is remote, so what does your day to day look like?
• You wake up and do what you love!
• Find the candidates and phone interview them
• Build new business relationships
• Network and attend events
• Go to that afternoon yoga class if you want - we're flexible. Just get the job done!
This role is also contract. We currently don't offer benefits, etc.
Contingency based payments only. Not hourly.
