Carry Maternity is a maternity fashion boutique in downtown Toronto. Our focus is to provide a high level of service to ensure customers find maternity clothes that suit their individual lifestyle and personality. We are looking for a full-time team member with an entrepreneurial spirit and can-do-and-if-not-I’ll-learn attitude.

Working Hours:
•5 Shifts a week from 10am-6pm
•6 Month Contract with possible extension

Brand Marketing Management:
•Drive the development and execution of monthly PR/marketing plan and calendar with management
•Manage regular customer communications through social media, blog & email to maintain customer retention and increase acquisition
•Plan and generate content for website & social media on a monthly basis
•Manage all Ad accounts - FB, Instagram, Google
•Create all marketing images for the website, social accounts and sales campaigns
•Track & report social media insights, google adwords and SEO on a weekly basis
•Ensure brand image and tone of voice is consistent through all aspects of store - both digital and physically in the store
•Evaluation/reporting of KPI/ROI from marketing efforts
•High degree of intellectual curiosity and a passion to stay on top of the latest marketing trends & channels
•Work with staff to keep all website info update - inventory levels, marketing/campaign images
•Track and report all costs associated with brand management & marketing

•Build genuine relationships with customers
•Understand Carry Maternity unique in-store customer experience - how we offer highly individualized customer service
•Ensure a customer’s positive final impression at the cash wrap by following all company procedures
•Receiving stock and maintain inventory; ensuring store is properly stocked and merchandised
•Working with customers online and over the phone


•Previous experience in a retail setting is a MUST
•Minimum of 2 years management experience in a marketing or sales role
•Proficient in the following programs: Google drive, mailchimp, photoshop, POS, webmail
•Fashion degree is an asset
•Excellent communication skills
•Team player who can also work alone
•Creative, yet strategic approach to problem solving
•Love of fashion
•Intellectual honesty. You are just as likely to admit when your idea didn't work as when it did.
