BIKO is looking for an experienced Wholesale Account and Studio Manager who is an ambitious, sales driven, highly organized individual with strong business acumen. They must thrive in a fast-paced environment, be self motivated, persistent, outgoing, and agile. They should be able to take initiative and enjoy being creative in their workplace.


-Maintain strong relationships with current stockists
-Research, pitch and develop strong relationships with new retailers
-Manage financials - invoicing, payment tracking & vendor follow up
-Meet with stockists, including store visits
-Manage vendor logistics and shipping
-Review and analyze sales reports
-Set and achieve seasonal sales goals
-Sales reports
-Update wholesale documents including linesheets, order forms, etc
-Answer all wholesale inquiries
-Some travel and support may be required for seasonal trade shows and trunk shows

-Pack, fill and ship orders for both wholesale and e-commerce
-Pull, log and track samples for stylists and media
-Organize couriers for stylists, media and production
-Receipt filing and budget tracking
-Manage product inventory - log/track all incoming and outgoing product
-Newsletter management - implement eblast schedule and maintain deadlines
-Assistance with content creation for newsletter, website, social, etc.
-Assist with production management
-Develop and maintain production schedule to stay on top of seasonal deadlines
-Create and manage promotional ads on
-Facebook and Instagram
-General daily studio organization with some cleaning required
-Occasional evening and weekend event support

-Minimum 2 years sales experience in fashion, jewellery or similar industry (retail or wholesale)
-Minimum 1 year experience in an office environment or completion of a relevant post secondary program (ie. office administration)
-Excellent verbal and written English language skills
-Confident, pleasant phone and Skype manner
-Excellent communication / interpersonal skills, ability to develop quick and genuine relationships
-A team player who is able to work independently - an effective multitasker who meets deadlines while maintaining impeccable attention to detail
-Motivated, energetic and self-directed, with the ability to take ownership, take initiative and problem solve
-Possess a strong work ethic and high level of professionalism
-Well rounded and a quick learner, hungry to learn and grow in roles
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and sense of humour… because work should also be fun!

-Knowledge of Adobe Suite - Photoshop,
-InDesign, Illustrator considered an asset
-Knowledge of product photography & graphic design considered an asset

3 - 5 days a week (Part / Full Time)
Starting early - mid November 2017
Contract position, wage dependant on experience
