Responsible for managing, maintaining, and growing a sales division. Monitor each individual store to sell-in the optimal assortment. Distribution includes Majors/key accounts, online accounts, and independent specialty stores.

Key responsibilities:
•Forecast sales plan for each collection, by account
•Review profitability reports to make decisions on how to grow a profitable business (understand sales to stock ratios, gross margin, markdowns etc)
•Partner with Sales Director on a daily / weekly basis on status of business
•Work with account base to assure congruent merchandise assortment
•Advise account base of merchandise ready and any production issues
•Train in-store selling staff of merchandise features, quality, fashion trends, and Hugo Boss strategy and direction
•Monitor account base selling, track weekly selling, door selling, seasonal turn, and seasonal margin
•Set up the showroom for market
•Enter pre-orders into SAP system for current selling season
•Help organize in store events, product workshops, conclaves etc
•Orchestrate Product Knowledge meetings for majors and key accounts
•Generate weekly selling reports for majors and key accounts
•Continually shop the market to identify current and emerging competitors and communicate this feedback to Sales Director

Required qualifications:
•2-4 years of proven sales experience
•General understanding of the retail store business and how to analyze the business with “retail math” (ie., VMT reports, sell through, on-hands, inventory, and margin) with room to grow
•Must have some knowledge of key independents
•General comfort level with public speaking and conducting presentations to retail executives
•Excellent computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel
•BS College Degree (preferably in Business or Fashion Merchandising)
