We are currently seeking an energetic and driven leader to oversee the successful management of our new studio - Studio Pilates Willoughby. This role will be a permanent full-time position.

Your role as Studio Manager will be to strategically spearhead the overall direction our studio to achieve financial success. Reporting to the Franchisee and with the support of a Sales Consultant each studio, you will work collaboratively with your team to remain forward thinking and people centric.

You will foster an encouraging, respectful and fun culture at both studios, coupled with exceptional client management. The Studio Pilates team across Willoughby will be driven and passionate to share their love for Studio Pilates and always strive to deliver an awesome workout experience.

As a Studio Manager, your day to day duties will vary, but are likely to consist of:

• Oversee the studio sales. Ensure each Sales Consultant is supported, guided and are meeting their daily / weekly / monthly targets
• Create and implement lead generation strategies and local area marketing campaigns to increase sales
• Develop strong relationships with local businesses and community groups to increase sales. Implement cross-promotional campaigns / activities to drive brand awareness of Studio Pilates Willoughby
• Provide leadership to your team, including performance feedback, reviewing individual KPI's and always encourage the best out of your team (note: you will have dedicated, trained platinum instructor that can provide regular instructor reviews the team)
• Process the fortnightly payroll. Manage all banking and related payments as required

• Possess demonstrated experience in managing teams, including setting expectations, providing regular reviews and mentoring individual team members to perform at their
• Be an outstanding communicator, coordinator and "cheerleader." You know how to get things done AND make it fun
• Possess strong sales and relationship building skills with proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Be a passionate "people person" who is committed to lifelong learning and self-improvement. You will thrive on enabling others (clients and colleagues) to achieve and become their best.
• This is a very busy and fast-paced role that will also require you to be excellent at multitasking, have great interpersonal skills, be exceptionally organised, diligent and have the ability to think on your feet.
