Responsibilities

• Become familiar with recent trends and offerings.

• Communicate with customers about products and services.

• Greet customers entering the store.

• Handle customer complaints.

• Assist customers with selecting items to purchase.

• Become knowledgeable about the store's merchandise.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience

• Bilingual in French and English
