About Style Nine to Five
Style Nine to Five is Canada's fashion industry job board and career resource, helping connect fashion professionals with employers since 2010.
Behind the scenes, we also lead recruitment projects for brands across Canada, helping them find everyone from buyers and marketers to directors and senior leaders.
About the Role
As recruitment continues to grow at Style Nine to Five, I'm looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to help keep everything organized behind the scenes.
You'll work directly with me, Christie Lohr, founder of Style Nine to Five, supporting recruitment projects for fashion, retail, luxury, and creative brands.
This is not a recruiter role. You won't be conducting interviews, managing clients, or making hiring decisions. Instead, you'll help keep searches organized, candidate pipelines updated, and projects moving forward smoothly.
If you love organization, research, spreadsheets, LinkedIn, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks, this could be a great fit.
Some weeks you might be helping build a candidate list for a luxury resale company. Other weeks you might be helping source candidates for a bespoke menswear brand in Chicago. No two weeks are exactly the same.
What You'll Do:
Candidate Research
• Source potential candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms based on search criteria provided
• Build candidate lists for review and approval
• Research companies and candidate backgrounds
• Maintain candidate pipelines and trackers
Recruitment Administration
• Update candidate trackers and recruitment spreadsheets
• Add and organize interview notes provided by Christie
• Review incoming applications and organize resumes
• Maintain accurate records throughout the hiring process
• Assist with job postings and application management
Interview Coordination
• Schedule interviews with candidates
• Send calendar invitations and confirmations
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview availability
• Assist with candidate communication as directed
General Support
• Maintain organized recruitment files and documentation
• Support multiple active searches across fashion, retail, luxury, and creative industries
• Assist with recruitment-related projects as needed

Location: Remote (Canada)
Hours: 5 hours per week to start, with potential for additional hours as the business grows
Compensation: $25/hour
