The Ecommerce Manager is responsible for developing and executing the ecommerce
strategy. Reporting directly to the VP and CEO, you will lead, drive and develop honey’s
ecommerce business and the overall user experience.


Design, build and maintain ecommerce website, including customization and digital content
• Manage day-to-day ecommerce operations such as website maintenance, managing products, managing inventory, updating collections and more
• Merchandise category and collection pages regularly for optimal customer experience and
conversion optimization
• Strategize and manage online growth through effective management of product, Shopify
platform and marketing initiatives
• Understand and analyze audience and customers to implement strategies and optimized
practices that drive sales and growth
• Coordinate and execute regular ecommerce shoots, including model sourcing, styling,
photography and creative direction
• Assist in planning and executing seasonal lookbook campaigns, including all relevant
marketing content
• Create and update new products, including editing/retouching product photos and entering product details
• Update and maintain return policy, shipping policy, FAQ page and all relevant information
• Drive digital marketing strategy across all areas of Shopify ecommerce business, including
web banners, blog posts and other creative content
• Perform regular keyword and audience research and stay up to date with SEO best practices
• Create and optimize paid marketing campaigns, through social media and Google Business
• Analyze and report on Shopify & Google Analytics and identity opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with Buying team to execute promotional plans (ie. sales) and inventory
• Work collaboratively with the Digital Communications Manager to deliver best-in-class digital marketing, driving sales, profit and engagement.
• Manage all ecommerce related vendor relationships and projects from contract negotiation
through to launch and ongoing enhancements.
• Liaison with customer care, troubleshooting customer issues and ensuring the best possible online shopping experience from start to finish

Requirements & Qualifications:
• 3+ years experience in Ecommerce, preferably with a fashion retailer
• Post secondary degree in Business, E-Commerce, Digital Communications or relevant field
• Self-starter who takes initiative, finds creative solutions, and can handle multiple projects
with minimal supervision
• Experience with Shopify and the Shopify app ecosystem
• Experience in data analytics and analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics)
• Experience with UX Design an asset
• Graphic design skills and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite an asset
• Possesses photography experience, including basic concepts (such as aperture, shutter
speed and ISO) and knowledge of photo editing and retouching
• Good understanding of SEO/SEM and experience managing paid ad campaigns
