POSITION SUMMARY

As the Buying Administrative Assistant, you are responsible for assisting our Buying team to accomplish tasks assigned to you. You will be responsible for supporting with the data entry of the purchase orders, style creation, weekly sales reporting, and sample management. The Admin Assistant supports in ensuring buying department meets its overall objective of "Right Product, Right Stores, Right Time".

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate style #s in WFX (PLM)
• Responsible for creating purchase orders in Netsuite (ERP)
• Support with the creation and integrity of line plans, buying worksheets, product attributes
• Maintains accuracy between WFX and Netsuite through connector management
• Create and update weekly reports, support with seasonal sales recaps
• Update product CAD Sheets (colours/units) for drop schedule
• Share and approve barcode information with vendors
• Sample management (Monthly product meeting, sample tracking, sample room organization)
• Perform other assigned duties
