The Brand Sales Representative is responsible for passionately representing the Smash + Tess brand on the west coast of Canada. Reporting directly to the Manager, Strategic Channels, and supported by the wholesale team, this role will be critical in developing strong, long-term relationships with current clients and adding new prospects.



• Passionately represent the S+T brand on the west coast of Canada (BC, AB, SK, MB and YT)

• Develop strong, ongoing relationships with S+T wholesale vendors

• Manage current west coast clients, ensuring an exceptional level of service is delivered and maintained

• Develop an effective plan to demonstrate ROI and deliver sales growth

• Actively seek new wholesale clients via industry standard methods - trade shows and showroom sales

• Explore and develop new, creative ways to showcase the S+T brand (virtual buying)

• Seasonal planning, order entry and management from pre-booking to shipping

• Exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets with support from the wholesale team

• Collaborate with the Manager of Strategic Sales and wholesale team, to seek and facilitate additional wholesale opportunities

• A willingness to jump in and help with order fulfillment and other business needs when required



• 5+ years experience in Fashion Industry sales

• Strong PC skills - proficient in Microsoft Office

• Experience with Shipstation and/or Xorosoft is a plus

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, and take on new challenges in an ever-changing market

• Proven sales performance record, with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships

• A positive, professional demeanor, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong customer experience orientation

• Excellent training and presenting skills

• Strong visual merchandising skills

• The ability to problem solve, anticipate challenges in advance and propose achievable solutions

• The ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects in a growing, fast-paced environment

• The desire to be part of an energetic, passionate team setting the bar for brand-vendor relationships
