Sales Associate, Vogue


We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our Sales team within Vogue.  The role will require the individual to support the Sales team that is responsible for selling and increasing Vogue’s advertising business that spans across mobile, desktop, video, print and experiential.

The Sales Associate will work closely with members of the Sales Team during the critical RFP process.  This role is key and integral to the sales organization and we are looking for someone who is meticulous, proactive and who works well in a fast-paced environment.


Primary Responsibilities:

• Project Manage RFPs (request for proposals)

• Coordinate and prepare insertion orders, editorial credits, in addition to client communication

• Prepare competitive reports

• Preparation for client meetings, presentations and brainstorm sessions

• General administrative support such as: phone coverage, expenses, scheduling, calendar management and travel/restaurant arrangements

• Learning ad sales, brand essence and sales process

• Use of Microsoft and internal sales programs



• Passion for Vogue a plus

• A bachelor’s degree and relevant work experience, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Extremely computer savvy with the ability to master sales systems

• Candidate should be smart, motivated, personable, detail oriented and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint required
