• Build linesheets for assigned categories, constantly updating changes to reflect market week assortment

• Working in collaboration with the merchandiser, partner with design and production departments to maintain seasonal line plan from inception to market

• Manage data entry, update in-season changes and development status including

• Seasonal development tables – color, group names, style names, wear and closure descriptions

• Create style level detail including color, raw material, trim, group, delivery month, price, body class levels, exclusives and development status

• Reconcile data accuracy with design, merchandising, commercial operations, and product development teams

• Partner with merchants to prepare market line sheets including product photography

• Create and maintain seasonal line in kate spade back office system

• Create style master system set up

• Communicate changes to appropriate business units



• bachelors degree required, preferably in merchandising or related field

• knowledge of the retail business

• exceptional attention to detail and time management skills

• ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, sometimes late nights and weekends

• highly solutions-oriented

• comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced, busy office environment

• demonstrated expertise in fashion and merchandising

• proficient in microsoft office, particularly excel

• ability to learn and master kate spade internal back office system
