About the Vice President of Brand Management

The Vice President, Brand Management oversees and leads the teams responsible for brand planning, content strategy, operations and budgeting and campaign execution. Successful candidates will have demonstrated experience in leading teams within the luxury apparel space.


· Develop and drive brand strategy aligned to build lululemon brand love.
· Drive brand awareness to specific target markets and profiles in support of sales, revenue growth and client retention/satisfaction objectives
· Collaborate deeply with design, merchandizing and retail teams to ensure strategy is brought to life.
· Oversight for resourcing, operational planning and budget management
· Lead strategic planning and strategy roadmaps
· Provide consult and guidance to the team on creating briefs that translate to engagement and influence
· Guide and mentor campaign execution team
· Establish segment-based approach to market insights and strategy to support product marketing efforts and business planning

The fine print

· An undergraduate degree is required, M.B.A. is preferred
· 10-15+ years of marketing experience across channels ranging from local to online campaigns.
· 3-5+ years of experience at a Director or above level role in Brand Strategy for a large global apparel company.
· Demonstrated ability to provide sharp analytical insight and strategic direction balanced with the ability to use storytelling and emotion to influence internally and externally.
· You are the “keeper of the culture flame”, putting people before process. You make decisions that are aligned with our core values while maintaining the integrity of our internal policies and practices.
