REBEKAH PRICE INC IS HIRING A SALES DIRECTOR

We are looking for a highly ambitious, goal-oriented Sales Director to head up the sales for my Italian made fashion jewelry brand. The Sales Director will define the brand sales strategy and manage the sale of all collections across all channels.

This is a great opportunity for a seasoned fashion sales professional to take the lead in elevating my brand to its next level of growth. Proven contacts and existing relationships with major department stores and chain stores is a definite asset.

Responsibilities:
• Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the territory that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability including identifying, opening, and managing retail accounts domestically and in the USA
• Pursue identified business prospects, participating actively in the planning and sales process for new business opportunities
• Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with executive decision makers in large accounts and owners of fashion retailers
• Communicate with buyers regularly to promote strong sell through, staff knowledge, introduce new lines, get sales feedback, etc.
• Review and analyze sales performances against programs, quotes, and plans to determine effectiveness
• Apply research insights and to provide compelling marketing solutions based on the company’s business strengths
• Reviews and resolves customer concerns in a professional and timely manner as directed and/or required
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, sales meetings and trunk shows as required
• Travels to customer locations to complete sales calls and training as required
• Facilitate in collections if requested by Accounts Receivable and/or Senior Management
• Perform all other duties as needed or required to maintain and grow profitable business within the assigned account base

Requirements
• Minimum of 4 years of proven sales experience in Jewelry, Luxury Goods, or Fashion Accessories industry
• Demonstrated ability to develop plans, establish priorities and organize activities to optimize sales growth
• Solid communication skills and effective presentation skills
• Excellent Time Management and Organizational ability
• Must be Self-Motivated, Energetic, Proactive, Creative and a Problem Solver
• Strong knowledge and experience with Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
