Reporting into the Quality Development Director, Quality Development Testing and Compliance Manager manages the global quality testing and compliance standards, processes and metrics that ensure a positive guest experience with the performance of our product. Working upstream closely with Quality Development Tech. team and cross-functionally across the entire product team to ensure our products meet our testing and compliance standards and educate our vendors to make quality products a reality.

• Develop then execute a comprehensive developmental stage testing program that meets our Brand Promise
• Determine appropriate test methods, standards and tolerances for various types of raw materials that deliver to our Brand Promise from initial stages of product lifecycle
• Manage third party service provider & vendor relationships for developmental testing
• Partner cross functionally with whitespace, design, raw materials, bulk product testing & compliance, product development, quality assurance technical team and the LLO’s to deliver beautifully crafted, quality product to our guest
• Partner with Guest Experience team to review guest feedback specific to quality and see how to incorporate changes to elevate the future guest experience
• Analyze trends in supplier performance and provide data pertaining to factory corrective actions and scorecards to Supplier Quality Management team to elevate our supply chain
• Support quality strategy, production and sourcing business needs to achieve financial goals
• Key project management and reporting

• Bachelor Degree or higher in Textile Science is required
• 7+ years of experience in textile technology, textile chemistry, or textile quality developing testing
• Experience in developing comprehensive global quality testing and compliance programs
• Expert knowledge of garment product lifecycle and analyzing trends in supplier performance
• Experience working with manufacturers overseas
• Self-motivated, passionate, empathetic, approachable
• Excel in communication, project management, and analysis with a love of raw materials
• Visionary and strategic thinker
• Cross-functional team worker
