We are seeking a full-time Custom Clothing Project Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves working with people, has experience in fashion, and impeccable attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
• Work directly with clients to educate them on the parameters of manufacturing custom clothing and help them define their vision – see the project through from start to finish
• Providing daily quotes to customers (offshore and domestic, both custom and standard)
• Working with offshore factories and domestic production manager to get custom quotes
• Work with local decorators for quotes, helping to coordinate production decoration for domestic orders
• Cutting orders for domestic production
• Packing slips for samples and production orders
• Communicating with vendors (both domestic and overseas) to ensure high levels of quality are maintained through workmanship and construction
• Set and track deadlines
• Design new samples
• Create and manage production schedules for your projects
• Test fabrics for care and durability

Essential Skills & Requirements
• Strong sewing and garment construction skills
• Degree or diploma in Fashion Design
• Proficient in Adobe CS (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Fluent in verbal and written English
• Extremely well organized
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and loves working with people
• Proactive and able to show initiative, constantly trying to improve our offering
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team, especially under pressure
• Keen attention to detail, excellent work ethos, and love problem solving
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Mandarin and/or Cantonese an asset, but not necessary

Job Type: Full-time, permanent position (40 hours per week)
