The Head of Global Marketing is responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of the organization’s marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Managing Director, you direct brand identity globally by establishing the strategic marketing initiatives for the company and developing a clearly differentiated brand positioning. The Head of Global Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing best in class integrated marketing plans with overall responsibility for strategy, creative process, go to market initiatives and team management.

The Head of Global Marketing will work collaboratively with the various functional departments and teams around the world.


On a day-to-day basis, the Head of Global Marketing will:

• Develop the annual strategic plan and execute against it.
• Work closely with the Managing Director to develop long-term innovation strategy for the brand, based on insight from both markets and consumers.
• Develop a global, regionally relevant, consumer marketing strategy across all consumer touch points.
• Manage the growth of global brand awareness and the consistency of brand identity, ensuring that all marketing activities are aligned with brand strategy.
• Develop brand voice across all consumer touch-points.
• Lead the team in the development of the digital strategy – social media, influencer, content and video marketing.
• Lead the brand voice to ensure the brand has a consistent positioning in the global marketplace.
• Identify new marketing opportunities that can deliver significant revenue and margin growth including the development and implementation of go-to-market strategies.
• Ensure successful execution of advertising, public relations, trade shows and events and web initiatives.
• Develop a team of marketing and branding professionals. Inspire and mentor to create a top-notch organization.


• An experienced Global Marketing executive with 10+ years of marketing and branding experience, preferably within the lifestyle brands.
• Demonstrated expertise in Brand Management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or a relevant field. Master’s Degree an asset.
• Exceptional leadership, management and communication skills.
• Ability to succeed in a highly creative environment and collaborate effectively across all departments.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• 25% travel required
