ECommerce Specialist Job description Overview:

A fast growing active wear company is looking for an experienced, highly analytical E-Commerce Specialist with proven track record to for Shopify, Email marketing (Klaviyo) and SEM (Google and Facebook ads).

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the ECommerce Specialist will work closely with marketing and sales team to develop and execute innovative marketing plans to increase revenue and profits. Equipped with strong digital media knowledge, up-to-date with UX strategy, SEO practice and storytelling experience, the E-Commerce Manager will manage multiple projects simultaneously while keeping our customer experience top of mind.


• Analyze web data, business performance metrics, and other data sources to drive Ecommerce strategy, traffic, and conversions;
• Identify new opportunities to improve the web site experience, and analyze & quantify the ROI of site improvement;
• Be the in-house expert on E-Commerce marketing best practices;
• Provide regular reporting on campaign metrics and content performance to upper management
• Stay up to date on current industry news and digital marketing trends;
• Prioritize and manage projects to timelines, budgets and resources;
• Support site search optimization, external search engine optimization, and paid search marketing;
• Ensure all E-commerce channels are consistently optimized to foster growth;
• Manage all digital assets including but not limited to product information/descriptions, product images, banners, marketing copy etc.;

• Strong working knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, Google and Facebook ads
• 2-5 years of experience in an analytics and sales focused role within E-Commerce;
• Preference to those with HTML, coding knowledge
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment;
• Proven track record of increasing website traffic, conversion rates and sales;
• Experience developing and executing integrated E-Commerce marketing campaigns
• Excellent at analyzing data and managing ROI for positive results;
• Strong Knowledge of SEO
• Strong skills and knowledge of Google Analytics;
• Sharp analytical, strategic thinking, and strong decision-making skills
• Advanced computer and web knowledge;
• Highly adaptable, thrives in a fast-paced environment and a quick learner;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, balancing multiple priorities and delivering on tight deadlines.
