Digital Content and Marketing Manager

The Role

• Create and execute the visual voice of the brand across all areas of marketing including the retail environment, online, social and public relations.
• Have ownership over all marketing content from start to finish
• Develop new creative concepts, campaigns and stories to drive customer acquisition both in store and digitally
• Utilize the in house photo studio to creatively capture product to present across all digital platforms
• Create story telling thru the content, that connects with the customer and builds engagement
• Seek out and build relationships with influencers and companies that align with the brand
• Create events that connect the brand with the customer and community

The Requirements

• Highly creative and in tune with all marketing trends
• Strong fashion and styling sense
• Ability to plan, prioritize and organize 
• Strong attention to detail and passion to work quickly/efficiently to meet deadlines
• Solution driven mindset with the ability to think and work strategically
• Ability to work independently and be self motivated while still working within a team environment
• Excellent analytical, communication (both verbal and written) and time management skills
• Strong photography skills
• Highly proficient in Adobe programs, primarily Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
