Job Summary

BRAVE Leather is a Toronto based leather accessories manufacturer, for 25 years, BRAVE Leather's collection has been driven by the beauty of the world’s most exclusive leathers alongside the artisan’s commitment to fine detail. We are looking for a highly organized, detail oriented individual who can work in a demanding and fast paced environment to fill the role as our customer service representative and office administrator.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Customer service and follow up for both online and wholesale banners
• Manage all order entry and invoicing
• Point of contact for sales representatives in Canada and the United States
• Oversee shipping to ensure all orders are delivered on time
• Help trend-forecast styles for upcoming seasons
• Liaison with production manager to guarantee all orders are shipped correctly and meet brand standards
• Attend trade shows seasonally as needed
• Perform office duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors, shipping goods etc.

Qualifications and Skills

• Retail apparel and accessories experience
• Strong analytical and statistical skills
• Self-starter, organized, detail oriented, flexible and adaptable
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, equivalent experience may substitute
