Description

Customer Service Rep needed for fast paced Fashion Distribution Company located in Vancouver.


Duties include:

• Contacting customers regarding orders for shipping.

• Invoicing customers' orders.

• Handling customer returns and credits.

• Working with Brand Managers to input orders/style numbers.

• Communicating with warehouse staff to ensure that orders are shipped accordingly.


Skills & Experience:

• Strong computer skills, proficient with the Microsoft suite of programs and Gmail.

• Detail oriented. Nothing gets by you!

• Organized and has a talent for prioritizing

• Get a thrill out of problem solving!

• Comfortable working with a variety of technologies.

• Outgoing personality and comfortable with talking on the phone.

• Ability to work quickly and accurately under some tight deadlines.


Bonus points...

• Have 6 months experience working in an office setting.

• Previous experience using an inventory management system

• Knowledge of the fashion industry and a passion for fashion!


This position is permanent full-time.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
