We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented and fashion-forward student or recent graduate to join our team as a Bridal Administrative Intern! The perfect candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change quickly and be willing to grow personally and professionally.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Organizing bridal samples in the Haven
• Organizing and mailing out swatches for bridesmaids
• Steaming apparel and bridal gowns
• Organizing stock room items
• Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Receiving of merchandise
• Schedling and packing shipments
• Assisting with logistics and production
• Performing basic administrative duties

Requirements
• A post-secondary degree or diploma (or actively working towards)
• Proficiency in Excel
• At least 2 years customer service experience
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent attention to details
• Excellent communication skills
