Description

A fast paced and growing fashion agency is looking for a Brand Manager Assistant, located in Vancouver, BC.

Responsibilities Include:
• Data entry; style numbers and orders, entering and receiving POs.
• Allocating customers orders
• Sorting, hanging and tagging samples.
• Processing Rep samples
• Invoicing Major accounts
• Reviewing and authorizing return requests

Qualifications:
• Strong computer skills, proficient with the Microsoft suite of programs and Gmail.
• Comfortable working with a variety of technologies.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working in an office setting.
• Previous experience using an inventory management system an asset.
• Outgoing personality and ok with talking on the phone.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines.


Bonus points...

• Previous experience using an inventory management system
• Knowledge of the fashion industry and a passion for fashion!

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
