We are looking for a multifaceted individual who can join our growing team as an accounting specialist, bookkeeper, and office manager. This position is part time with the potential of it becoming full time. This position is not only primarily numbers based but it requires applicant to understand the social media and technology industry. BONUS if you love fashion and design.

Job Duties:
• Payroll
• Cheque Runs
• Budgeting
• Create and send Invoices
• Monitor and Analyze accounting data and produce financial reports
• Meet financial accounting objectives
• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
• Accounts Payable/ Receivable
• Month and year ends process
• Cross Border Transactions
• HR related tasks
• Create Manuals
• Analyze Numbers, Income, Expenses, Company numbers, Commissions etc.
• Suggest Ways to Improve Overhead
• Attend photo shoots when required and assist in areas such as photography assistance, styling, scheduling assistance, clean up
• Attend team meetings when required and presents monthly analytics on financial performance of company
• Determine goals and targets at the start of each year (sales targets, quota for partnerships, quota for collabs, quota for charity initiatives), update throughout the year

Requirements:
• Proven Knowledge of accepted accounting rules, practices, tax laws, and reporting requirements.
• Must have experience in accounting and/or book keeping
• Advanced computer skills, including Excel, QuickBooks, Word, and email
• Must have your own computer
• Ability to adapt to and learn new software
• Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently
• Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good organizational, time management, and prioritizing skills
• Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures
• Attention to detail in all areas of work
• Must have your own vehicle and drivers license
• Must provide references
• Must NOT have a criminal record
