Global Fit Team
To manage the creation and commercialization of premium performance product through technical fit, ensuring it is performing for the intended end use and is meeting the required quality standards through lab and wear testing in accordance with lululemon business goals.

a day in the life of a Technical Fit Manager
• Lead and support the Fit team in the creation of beautifully executed, great fitting product
• Oversee the workload and manage deadlines across the team to meet key gates and by whens
• Develop and create pipeline for the Fit org through mentoring, training, and stretch assignment opportunities for team members
• Function as the “go to” for technical fit questions and offer solutions for best execution of fit in the product
• Collaborate with Design and PD leaders to align on a unified vision to consistently innovate and create best in class product

The finer print
• High school diploma required, diploma in patternmaking or textiles preferred.
• 10-15+ years of apparel industry experience in patternmaking and/or technical design with a focus on fit
• Traveled to and worked on site with manufacturers across Asia, Americas and Europe
• Strong technical knowledge of performance product and fit
• Strong technical construction knowledge for product manufacturing
• Strong team player, able to work cross-functionally to reach seasonal and business goals
• Experience in PLM/Enterprise systems for the management of measurement, material, and technical information.
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Adobe Illustrator, PLM software, Microsoft office applications and Outlook)
• Knowledge of product creation calendar timelines and able to work against deadlines
